Here's the finished version!
I'm afraid the photo doesn't capture much detail,
so I'll have to do a scan of it one of these days.
This little guy won me a sweepstakes ribbon at the fair.
Originally it was going to be more bold, with solid black silhouettes and with the only color being the red umbrella, but after seeing the amazing piece "Flight"
by the greatly talented Stevie Lewis (another artist named Stevie!),
I was inspired to do something a little more subtle. I obviously have a lot of work to do in the color department. Well, every department, but especially color.
